Service is the Key

The product itself is a standard shoulder carry strap BUT THE SERVICE IS THE BEST! I had opened my new paddle board only to a clip missing. Easy to fix no big deal. I emailed just to let them know. The offer to replace the strap was immediate. Oh and BTW I love the board, stores in the RV and is ready for instant use!
